We hope every Inner Realm piece finds a place where it feels meant to stay.
If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
Each miniature is individually painted by hand. Subtle variations in line, colour, brushwork and detail are part of the character of the artwork and are not considered defects.
If your piece arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Personalised, customised and items explicitly marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
