Welcome to Inner Realm.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Inner Realm website, as well as any purchases made through our online store.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or making a purchase.
1. ABOUT INNER REALM
Inner Realm offers individually hand-painted miniature sacred artworks and related pieces inspired by traditional Himalayan and Tibetan Buddhist art.
Throughout these Terms, “Inner Realm”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer or user of the website.
2. OUR WORKS
Each Inner Realm miniature is individually painted by hand.
Due to the nature of hand-painted work, subtle variations in colour, linework, brushwork, texture, positioning and detail may occur between individual pieces.
These variations are a natural part of the artistic process and contribute to the individual character of each work. They are not considered defects.
We make every reasonable effort to represent our works accurately through photographs, descriptions and product information. However, colours and details may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting conditions, screen settings and the characteristics of each individually painted piece.
Measurements and dimensions displayed on the website are approximate unless otherwise stated.
3. SACRED ART, SYMBOLISM AND MEANING
Inner Realm presents information about sacred figures, Buddhist imagery, symbols, artistic traditions and associated meanings for cultural, artistic and educational purposes.
References to qualities or themes such as compassion, wisdom, protection, prosperity, healing, inner peace or other symbolic meanings describe traditional, cultural or interpretive associations.
They do not constitute a promise or guarantee of spiritual, financial, medical, psychological or other specific outcomes.
Individual beliefs, interpretations and relationships with sacred imagery may vary.
4. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF OUR WEBSITE
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You agree not to use our website, products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
You must not interfere with the security, operation or integrity of our website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
5. ORDERS
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided by you is complete and accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected at checkout.
All orders are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation and product availability.
Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted an order if circumstances subsequently arise that prevent us from fulfilling it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
• suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions;
• payment issues;
• incorrect pricing or product information;
• stock discrepancies;
• technical errors; or
• circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the relevant amount paid to us will be refunded to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Due to the individually hand-painted nature of many Inner Realm works, certain pieces may be available only in limited quantities or as individual pieces.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve that item.
A purchase is not secured until checkout has been completed, payment has been successfully processed, and the order has been accepted.
We cannot guarantee that a particular work will become available again once it has been sold.
7. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or at checkout.
Depending on your location and payment method, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates, foreign transaction fees or other charges. These charges are determined by third parties and are outside our control.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Complimentary worldwide shipping is included with every Inner Realm order unless otherwise expressly stated.
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, local delivery services and customs processing.
All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Customs procedures, local delivery services, public holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may result in delays.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country or region.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Inner Realm does not control the amount of any customs duties, taxes or fees imposed by local authorities.
Customs procedures may also result in additional delivery time.
10. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy and any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Because every miniature is individually hand-painted, subtle variations in line, colour, brushwork, texture and detail are not considered defects.
Personalised, customised or items expressly identified as final sale may not be eligible for return except where required by applicable law or where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

11. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the item and, where relevant, its packaging.
We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content presented on the Inner Realm website, including our branding, original photography, artwork reproductions, graphics, written content, page designs and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Inner Realm and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Unless permitted by applicable law or authorised by us in writing, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our original website content.
The purchase of a physical Inner Realm piece does not transfer intellectual property rights in any artwork, photography, design or other protected content associated with that piece.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website and online store may rely on services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, delivery providers, analytics services and other technology providers.
Certain links on our website may also direct you to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or actions of independent third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inner Realm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees or remedies that apply to you under applicable law.
